- How will the future of AI unfold for small business? Let’s ask the AI. If your industry can benefit from these future signals, now is the time to start your transition. The top five proposed were: voice-activated ordering systems, no code web designers, inventory predictive analysis, ethical chatbots, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- AI can help us become more customer centric. Not only can we use AI to analyze user preferences and collect demographic data, it also takes care of automated tasks freeing us up to be more hands on and high touch with our clients.
- Another opportunity for small businesses is to serve as a trusted source of truth for community members and customers. In a world inundated with misinformation, our communities are looking to us to share truth, facts, and to model leadership.
- Lastly, but certainly not least, Lara spoke about our opportunities to grow our awareness and action towards regenerative business practices that help the world. While it takes initial investment to make these shifts, data shows that these actions lead to positive impact and long-term profits.
